2. That the deponent is carrying on business of supply of electrical goods to the electricity department since the firm came into existence.

3. That there is report against the deponent that he is carrying on business of trading electrical goods at ______________,under the name and style of the firm above named that at _________________ no doubt there is a firm of the same name and style but it does not belong to the deponent but it belongs to Mr. SN. A confirmatory letter to this effect is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.

4. That the file of the ____________ firm does not belong to the deponent and should be separate.
