"RESOLVED THAT Mr. ___________________--_______, Manager (Finance) of the Company, be and is hereby authorized to sign & furnish all necessary papers required to be furnished by the Company for getting itself registered with Sales Tax authority and for obtaining Sales tax registration number from the said authority.
FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Mr. _____________________________, be and is hereby authorized to furnish a copy of the Board resolution along with other documents to the Sales tax authorities at _____________________ and also to take all necessary steps as he may deem fit for accomplishment of the aforesaid purpose."
