The abovenamed plaintiff most respectfully submits as under: —

1. That the defendant is a dairy farmer and keeps about two dozen buffalloes but keeps no farm of agricultural plots. He grazes his buffalloes on the road side. The plaintiff has his fields about a furlong away interior to the Highway.

2. That on.................... 19.................... the buffalloes about a dozen in number strayed to the field No..................... of the plaintiff in the village.................... and caused damage to his wheat crop. The crop was destroyed as partly grazed, and partly trampled and caused loss of value of the crop of Rs..................... /-, being Rs..................... /- per bigha.
